Learned counsel for the Institution submits that the proposal was forwarded on 27th June, 2022 for pay fixation of the Petitioner to the Education Officer but the signature of the Petitioner did not appear. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner was never called upon to sign the same.

The management shall submit a fresh proposal for pay fixation and also the salary bills. The Petitioner may remain present in the office of Respondent-Institution on 5th August, 2022.

The parties may co-operate with each other and proposal be submitted immediately.

Upon the proposal and salary bills being submitted, the same 1/2

The objection of the Petitioner to the seniority as raised by the Petitioner shall also decided by the Education Officer within a period of 6 weeks. If decision is already taken, the parties may take further steps. Writ Petition disposed of. No cost.
