In view of this, prayer for Publication of the Notice is acceptable and hence Civil Application No.859/2016 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b), prayer clause (a) cannot be granted. Issue Publication Notice to Respondent No.4 returnable after 8 weeks. Civil Application disposed of accordingly.
