Hence, he seeks leave to withdraw this Application with liberty to file fresh Application before the Sessions Court. Leave with liberty is granted. Bail Application stands dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter. Fresh Application, if filed before the trial Court, shall be decided on its own merits.
