None appears for the petitioners. This Court passed an order on 20th December, 2014 calling upon the petitioners to satisfy the Court whether the issue raised in the PIL still survives. In the PIL, there is an affidavit filed by Mr.G.Aswati, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone-IV, Ulhasnagar and Mr.Jaywant Shankarrao Shirke, Assistant Commissioner of Sales Tax. Actions taken have been set out in the said affidavits. Moreover, our attention is invited to the directions issued by this Court in PIL No.97 of 2001 and more particularly order dated 24th October, 2001.

If the grievance of the petitioners is that directions in PIL No.97 of 2001 are not being implemented or if the petitioners have noticed any other illegality, it is for them to make a
