DATED : 17th FEBRUARY, 2022 P.C:- This matter was heard for some time in the first session. The learned AGP sought a pass-over to take instructions as to the time frame within which the Hon'ble Minister would decide the proceedings.

The learned AGP has put in appreciable efforts to take instructions with promptitude. She submits that the date of hearing in the matter before the Hon'ble Minister is posted on 22/2/2022. All the litigating parties are aware of the hearing at Tilak

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. The litigating parties shall appear before the Hon'ble Minister on the above-stated date and time and address the authority. All contentions are kept open. Written notes of submissions are also permitted.
