The Petitioner has impugned the order dated 25.02.2020 of the DRT. The Petitioner has an alternate remedy of filing an Appeal before the DRAT. In the circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition.

We are informed that possession of the shop premises in question is to be taken today. In the event possession of the shop premises is taken today, no further steps to be taken by the Respondent No.1 for a period of two weeks.
