As per the administrative order passed by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Mr. Kalekar has moved this Court as the regular Court presided over by Hon'ble Mr. Justice K. K. Tated is not available for judicial work. 3.

This is an application for restoration of Writ Petition (St.) No.1826 of 2019. By order dated 22.01.2019, petitioner was directed to remove office objections on or before 31.01.2019, failing Writ Petition was to stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs.
