After their arrest on January 10, 2019 in crime No.38/2019 for offence punishable under sections 143, 147, 149, 353, 332, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Bhosari police station, Pune, the applicants are seeking regular bail.

Perused the F.I.R. and the order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune.

The applicants are subjected to custodial interrogation and are behind the bars for one month. There are no criminal antecedents.

In view of above, there hardly remains any further investigation to be carried out. The offence is punishable with three years. That being so, the application is allowed. Hence the order : i) The applicant be released on bail in Crime No.38/2019 for offence punishable under sections 143, 147, 149, 353, 332, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Bhosari police station, Pune upon furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/ each with one or more sureties each in the like amount;
ii) The applicants shall not influence the prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence;
