The petitioner is concerned with the Mutation Entry No.7293 that has been effected with regard to the agricultural field bearing Gat Nos.619 and 620.

It appears that the petitioner's father had initiated proceedings under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 (Code of 1966) by filing an Appeal under Section 247 thereof. That Appeal has been dismissed on 20th December 2011.

We find that it would be necessary for the petitioner/his father to have their grievance redressed by taking recourse to further proceedings under the Code of 1966. In view of the aforesaid, we do not find it necessary to undertake any factual adjudication. The

ppn 2 3.wp-5890.24.doc petitioner/his father is free to take appropriate legal recourse for challenging the order passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer on 20th December 2011. All points raised are kept open. 4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
