Heard learned counsel for the applicant. The applicant seeks condonation of delay in filing present civil application and prays for setting aside the order dated 12th April, 2017 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I).

I have perused the averments made in the affidavit in support of the civil application. The applicant has made out a case for condonation of delay and for setting aside the order dated 12th April, 2017 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I) on the condition that the applicant removes all office objections within two weeks from today.

Order dated 12th April, 2017 is accordingly set aside on the condition that the applicant removes all office objections within two weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted.
