By this application, applicants seek quashing of the F.I.R registered vide C.R. No.108 of 2022 registered with the Virar Police Station, District Palghar for the alleged offences punishable under sections 326, 327, 341 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Learned A.P.P, on instructions of the P.S.I - Mr. Vijay Sathe, who is present in the Court, states that during the investigation, it has transpired that the applicants are not involved in the commission of the said offence.
