By this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to transfer the investigation of C.R.No.I-16 of 2015 registered with Kalwa Police Station to State CID or CBI.

Earlier two FIR's were registered against the petitioner being C.R. I-551 of 2014 and C.R. I-552 of 2014 with Kalwa Police Station. The earlier C.R.s and the present C.R. are closely interlinked. In the present C.R., the petitioner has made Uday S. Jagtap
675-15-wp=.doc allegations against the personnel of Quick Response Team, Thane. The allegations are also made against the officers of the Kalwa Police Station. Since the allegations are made against the officers of Kalwa Police Station, we are inclined to transfer the investigation of the present C.R. as well as C.R. No. I-551 of 2014 and C.R. No.I-552 of 2014 to Naupada Police Station, Thane. The present Investigating Officer shall handover the investigation papers to Officer Incharge of Naupada Police Station, within 7 days from the date of receipt of this order.
