This Civil Application is to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.2B. The notices were already issued to them. Learned counsel appears on behalf of legal heirs of respondent No.2B. Though there is delay of 196 days in preferring this Civil Application, learned counsel for the legal heirs of respondent No.2B has no objection to allow the same.

Hence, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b), (c) and (d). The delay in preferring this Civil Application is condoned. The abatement against respondent No.2B is set aside. 4.
Learned A.G.P. for the applicant-State to take necessary steps to bring the names of legal heirs of respondent No.2B on record within a period of four weeks from today.
