1] This is an application for modification of condition No.5(i) imposed upon the applicant by an Order dated 5th October 2016 while granting him pre-arrest bail. The applicant was directed to be released on his furnishing PR bond of Rs.50,000/- with one or two solvent local sureties in the like amount. 2] Mr. Thorat, the learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the father of the applicant is employed in Indian Navy and is being transferred from one place to other after every two years and this has caused great hardship to the applicant in providing local sureties. He submitted that the applicant is ready and willing to submit solvent sureties, however, taking into consideration the difficulty of the father of the applicant, the word "local" in the said order may be deleted.

Dond appp.131-2017.sxw 3] In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the word "local" is hereby deleted from the Order dated 5th October 2016 and the applicant is permitted to furnish one or two solvent sureties in the like amount. 4] The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
