} Respondents Mr. Ashok d. shetty with Mr. Swapnil P.
Kamble and Mr. H. Shetty for the petitioner.
(In Chamber) CORAM :- S. C. DHARMADHIKARI & DR. SHALINI PHANSALKAR-JOSHI, JJ.
DATED :- DECEMBER 1, 2016 P.C. :- 1.
The praecipe has been filed for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 27th April, 2016.
2.
It is stated that the concession recorded in our order passed on 27th April, 2016, particularly on the availability of alternate and equally efficacious remedy, be clarified because the petitioner was insisting that the writ petition was the only remedy and it was the case of the other side that it was not so maintainable. 903-WP.2141.2016.doc 3.
What we have noted in our order and which must be read in its entirety that independent of what the parties contended, we have found that the dispute raised in this writ petition was not capable of being resolved in our limited jurisdiction. It is in these circumstances that the order has been passed. Therefore, there is neither any clerical error nor any ambiguity in our order. The application for speaking to the minutes is misconceived and it is dismissed.
