This is an application for early hearing of the appeal. Heard the learned advocate appearing for the applicants/appellants who are convicted of the offence punishable under Section 324 read with Section 34 of the IPC by the learned Ad-hoc Additional Sessions Judge-2, Nashik.

The learned advocate for applicants argued that applicants do not want to carry stigma of the conviction and, therefore, their appeal may be heard finally considering their Shivgan 1/2
