DATE: 24th July, 2019 P.C.:- 1] The issue raised in the Petition pertains to revenue entry carried out pursuant to the order of Sub-Divisional Officer passed in favour of Respondents who are blood relations of the Petitioner. I am informed that civil suit at the behest of the Petitioner in relation to property in question is already pending. As such, without examining the issue raised in the Petition on merit, it will be appropriate in my opinion to permit the Petitioner to raise the issue before the competent civil court in the suit which is initiated at his behest. 2] Petition is disposed of accordingly.
