1] Heard learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondent.

2] Learned counsel for both the parties submit that these five Writ Petitions and one Revision Application have been amicably settled between the parties. The Power of Attorney holder of the petitioners and respondent No.1 in all petitions, are present in person. They have signed the consent terms and admit the contents therein to be true and correct. The Consent terms are taken on record and marked as "Exh.1" for identification.

3] In view of the Consent Terms, these five Writ Petitions 2/3

and one Revision Application are made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b).

4] The orders passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pimpri, in respective Criminal Cases against petitioners are hereby quashed and set aside. The undertaking given in the Consent Terms are accepted.
