Learned APP on the instructions of the investigating officer P. I. - N. S. Tadakhe, Samatanagar Police Station, who is present in Court states that the charge-sheet in the said case will be filed on or before 05.04.2018.

In view of the statement made by the learned APP, learned counsel for the Applicant does not press this Application and seeks leave to withdraw the same. He also seeks liberty to file an Application for bail, after filing of the charge-sheet.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of as withdrawn

If an Application for bail, after filing of the charge-sheet is filed, the learned Judge shall consider the same on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of the aforesaid Application. 5.
