DATED : 11th JUNE 2018 P.C:- After this petition was argued for some time, and we expressed our reluctance to grant relief by interfering with an Order in original dated 7th October 2016 (Exhibit-A to the petition) particularly because of the plural remedies of appeal available to the petitioner which are equally efficacious, on instructions, Mr.Raichandani seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail of these remedies. Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed. No costs.
