On 14.10.2022, learned Counsel for the Applicant had made a statement that 50% of the compensation as per the impugned judgment and award was deposited before the Reference Court. In view of the said statement execution and implementation of the impugned judgment was stayed till the next date, subject to deposit of balance 50% of the compensation within four weeks from the date of the order. 2.
