Heard the learned APP for the State. Criminal Application for quashing the FIR has been admitted for final hearing. Under the interim orders of the Court, investigation was permitted to be continued with a rider that final report shall not be submitted without leave of the Court. The present application is for modification of the order dated 6th May, 2013 granting interim relief and for grant of permission to file charge sheet.

appp-157.15.sxw The relevant part of the charge sheet is produced for perusal of the Court by the learned APP. Looking to the controversy involved in the main application for quashing and the grounds of challenge therein, we are unable to accede to the prayer made by the learned APP. Criminal Application is rejected. We direct that main application shall be listed for final hearing on appropriate weekly board as per its turn.
