The grievance raised by the petitioner is that he was not produced before the trial Court on the dates fixed in the case pending against him. 2.

Learned PP, on instructions, submits that subsequent to filing of this petition, the petitioner has been released on bail on 04.10.2019. She has placed on record a report signed and prepared by the Additional Senior Jailor Gr.I, Judicial, Mumbai Central Prison, Mumbai. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view of the above, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition. Petition stands disposed of.
