P.C.:- 1) This is an Application for suspension of operation of LOC issued against the Applicant by the Respondent No.1. 2) Record indicates that, by an Order dated 10th January, 2024, the Applicant was granted bail by the trial Court and one of the conditions is that, the Applicant shall not leave the India without prior permission of the Court.
3) By an Order dated 14th February, 2024, passed in Misc. Appl. No.612 of 2024 the trial Court has granted permission to the Applicant to 1/2
ssm 10-ia664.24.doc travel abroad i.e. United Arab Emirates from 22nd February, 2024 to 28th February, 2024.
4) Mr. Yagnik, learned APP on instructions submitted that, for this limited period i.e. from 22nd February, 2024 to 28th February, 2024 the prosecution has no serious objection and the Application of the Applicant may be appropriately considered.
5) Learned Advocate for the Applicant tendered across the bar his Affidavit dated 16th February, 2024 detailing his itinerary. The same is taken on record.
6) In view of the above, we are not only permitting the Applicant to travel abroad but also direct the Respondent No.2 to suspend the operation of the said LOC issued against the Applicant at the instance of Respondent No.1.
7) Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 8) All the concerned to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of this Order.
