The learned counsel for the parties state that the parties are likely to amicably settle their differences and as a first step the Petitioner does not wish to pursue the present Petition. In view of the written instructions, Mr.Shastry, learned counsel for the Petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this Petition. 3.
Mr.Mirajkar, learned counsel for the Respondent, also submits that the settlement talks are in progress and it is very likely that the dispute will be settled amicably. He states that the Respondent welcomes the withdrawal of this Petition. Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Parties are urged to settle the matter, if possible.
