1] Learned Government Pleader brings to our notice that Public Interest Litigation (PIL) No. 176 of 2015 is already pending before this Court, which is a suo motu public interest litigation initiated by the High Court itself for similar causes raised in the present PIL.

2] In that view of the matter, we dispose of the present PIL by directing the petitioner to get implead in PIL No. 176 of 2015.
