This is an application for fixing Criminal Appeal No. 203 of 2014 for hearing. The appellant has expired. The applicant is wife of the appellant. She had sought permission to pursue the appeal which is granted.

The applicant submitted that she is the widow of the appellant. Her husband was in police department. She has young children who are taking education on account of conviction. They are deprived of the pension.

The appeal is of 2014. Several other appeals are pending in this Court. It is not possible to consider the request for fixing the varsha
