In this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the prayer is for quashing the FIR. Criminal Application No.204 of 2014 shows that even charge sheet has been filed. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners states that the trial Court has framed charge.

In view of the subsequent events, this Petition for quashing the FIR cannot be entertained. However, remedies of the Petitioners are kept open. The contentions raised in the Petition are kept open.
