Learned Counsel for the Respondents submits that the representation of the Petitioner referred in the order dated 05/12/2019 passed on the earlier occasion has already been decided. Learned Counsel for the Respondents submits that as per his instructions, it is the stand of the Respondents while disposing of the representation that there was no technical error but it is a human error on the part of the Petitioner.

If the Petitioner's representation has already been decided as stated, the same shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of 2 weeks from today. Needless to state that the Petitioner is at liberty to take such appropriate action of challenging of the said decision as per law. No further order is required to be passed in this Petition.
