By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking condonation of 91 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 12.06.2017 passed by MACT, Thane in MACP No.317 of 2014.

18 caf728-18.doc learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:
A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus:
"(b) This Hon'ble court be pleased to condone the delay of 91 days occurred in filing present first appeal."
B) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
C) No order as to costs.
