P.C.:- The Applicant herein has sought restoration of Appeal from Order and has also sought to the condone delay in filing the Appeal from Order.

By order dated 14th December, 2016 Registrar (Judicial-II) had directed the Applicant to remove office objects within a period of four weeks, failing which, the Applicant was informed that the Appeal would stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. In view of the above statement and in view of the reasons stated in paragraph 2 and 3 of the applications, which in my considered view constitute sufficient grounds, delay in filing the Appeal from Order is condoned. The Appeal from Order is restored. 4.
