This application is for stay of the execution of a decree dated 27th January 2021 passed by the Bombay City Civil Court, at Bombay in Commercial Suit No.19 of 2019.

Mr. Samudrala states appeal was admitted on 17th August 2022. Mr. Samudrala states that appellant will deposit the principal amount of Rs.8,65,192/- or such other amount as the court may direct. Appellant to deposit Rs.9,00,000/- with the Registrar, Appellate Side, within two weeks from today. Subject to deposit of this amount, the execution of the decree dated 27th January 2021, is stayed.
