Mr.Thorat, learned counsel appearing for the respondents seeks stay of the order passed by this Court on 17th February 2016. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. No case is made out for grant of stay of the order passed by this Court on 17th February 2016. The said order is passed after hearing both the parties at length. It is made clear that the notice of motion in which the ad-interim relief was refused by the learned trial Judge is still pending and is to be heard by the learned trial Judge along with the fresh notice of motion filed by the appellants for de-sealing of the suit premises.
