Perused the order dated 20th February, 2015 passed below Exhibit - 1 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.368 of 2015, by the Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Mumbai. By the said order the learned Additional Sessions Judge, has declined to consider the applicant's prayer for interim bail only because the matter was pending before this Court. There was no impediment, whatsoever, to consider the applicant's prayer for interim bail.

It is informed that the matter is kept tomorrow. The learned Additional Sessions Judge to consider the prayer for interim bail on its own merits.

The application is disposed of with the aforesaid direction. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the said case and hence the learned Judge to decide the prayer for interim relief on its own merits, in accordance with law.

The applicant is always at liberty to approach this Court in case his prayer for interim relief is rejected.
