On 18/3/2020, the applicant was admitted to protection from arrest in C.R.No. I-180/2019. The said order continued from time to time and is in force till today. Today, the learned APP, on instructions of the learned APP, make a statement that the investigation is complete and the charge-sheet has been filed.

A specific statement is made that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. In the wake of the said statement, the order dated 18/3/2020 is made absolute.
