Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

This appeal is preferred by Insurance Company challenging the Judgment and Award dated 24.07.2015 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Pune in M.A.C.P. No. 149 of 2012 holding that respondents-claimants are entitled to compensation of Rs.30,78,000/- with 8% interest per annum.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the appellant and after perusing the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the Trial Court, I am satisfied that applicant has made out the case for following order.

a) ADMIT.

b) Appellant is directed to file private paper book within one year from today, failing Sneha Chavan 1/2

c) Printing and filing of Roznama is dispensed with.

d) The learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 waives service.
