At the outset, Mr. Gaikwad, learned APP states that the Charge-sheet will be filed within a period of one week from today. 2.

In view of the said statement made by learned APP, Mr. Kunal Savaskar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the learned Trial Court after filing of the Charge-sheet.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
