Heard the learned Counsel for the appellant-Insurance Company. Perused the findings expressed by the learned tribunal. Learned Counsel for the appellant submits that pursuant to the impugned award passed by the learned Tribunal, the entire decretal amount with interest accrued thereon has already been deposited before the M.A.C.T. Baramati, District Pune. He requested to grant the stay. Waghmare 1/2

907.CAF.1638.18 in FA.562.18.doc In view of submission that the applicant-Insurance Company has deposited the entire decretal amount, there is no impediment to grant the stay. Hence, there shall be stay to the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award passed by the M.A.C.T. Baramati, District Pune in M.A.C.P. No.2 of 2015.

Accordingly, the Civil Application stands disposed of in above terms.
