Learned APP submitted that there is incriminating evidence against the Applicant in respect of amount of Rs. 43,93,000/- credited to the bank account of the Applicant. Investigation is in progress. 3.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the Applicant seeks permission to withdraw the Application with liberty to file appropriate proceeding in the event charge-sheet is filed against Applicant. 4.

Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 5.

All the issues are kept open.
