This is an application for modification of condition stipulated in order dated 18th June, 2013. Substantive sentence imposed upon the applicant was suspended by this Court vide order dated 18th June, 2013 on condition that the applicant shall report the Court of Sessions at Sewree, Mumbai once in three months on the date specified by the Court.

Learned Advocate for the applicant submitted that the condition of attending the trial Court had been complied except during the period of Covid. The applicant is resident of Chennai. He is aged about 66 years. Recently he has undergone heart surgery. by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

Considering the submissions, relief sought can be granted. Hence, I pass the following order:

ORDER

i.

Interim Application No. 625 of 2022 is allowed; ii.

Order dated 18th June, 2013 passed by this Court in Criminal Application No.759 of 2013 is modified and the applicant is directed to report the Court of Sessions at Sewree, Mumbai once in six months on the date specified by the Sessions Court.

iii.

Interim Application stands disposed off accordingly.
