Having heard learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and learned APP for the State, we do not find any justification for releasing the Petitioner to attend the last rites of his uncle on 17th February 2016 especially when the Petitioner's uncle has expired on 5th February 2016 and also taking into consideration the nature of the crime, which he is alleged to have committed.
