Aradhye for Petitioner submits that by this Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, Petitioners are challenging the show cause notice dated 01/02/2020 issued by the Divisional Deputy Registrar (Dairy), Pune Division, Pune, pursuant to the provisions of Section 78(A) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. for identification. Same is accepted.
