Aradhye for Petitioner submits that by this Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, Petitioners are challenging the show cause notice dated 01/02/2020 issued by the Divisional Deputy Registrar (Dairy), Pune Division, Pune, pursuant to the provisions of Section 78(A) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. He Nesarikar

2 / 2 903-WPST-3819-20.odt submitted that as this Court has declined to entertain the present Writ Petition, he received instructions from his client to withdraw the present Writ Petition unconditionally with liberty to raise all objections at the time of filing appropriate proceedings, if final order is passed against them. To that effect he has given writing, which is taken on record and marked ' X'

for identification. Same is accepted.
