1) Heard learned Advocate for the applicant and also the learned APP for the State on this repeated bail application. Earlier bail application was heard and rejected by this Court vide order dated 14th February, 2014. Apparently, there is no change in circumstance to view the matter differently. The applicant is facing charge for the offence under Section 302 of the IPC. Though other co-accused were earlier released on bail, this Court did consider the ground of parity still rejected the earlier bail application. 2) The learned APP stated that the charge is already framed and the matter is already commenced for recording of evidence before the Sessions Court. One prosecution witness is already examined and she is under cross-examination. Now, the matter is adjourned to 15th April, 2015. Considering these circumstances and mainly no ground to view the matter differently, there is nothing to entertain the present repeated application and same is accordingly dismissed.
