Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Magistrate under section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as such.
