At the outset, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to amend prayer clause (a). Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Vide order dated 10.01.2019, the Applicant's Civil Application No. 90 of 2017 filed in C. R. A. No. 268 of 2016 was dismissed for non-prosecution by this Court ( Coram : K. K. Tated, J. ).

For the reasons set out in the Application, the Application is allowed and the order dated 10.01.2019 dismissing the Civil Application No. 90 of 2017 for non-prosecution filed in C. R. A. No. 268 of 2016 is re-called. The Civil Application No. 90 of 2017 is restored back to its original file. Delay, if any, stands condoned. 5.

Accordingly, the Civil Application No. 239 of 2019 is disposed of.

The Civil Revision Application No. 268 of 2016 to be listed on the admission board on 09.01.2020.
