The first informant-Rajesh B. Dubey has lodged FIR with Tulinj Police Station on 23rd December 2022 in a capacity as a guardian appointed by the competent court for minors i.e., Kumari Vaishnavi Atulkumar Dubey, Ms. Shrushti Atulkumar Dubey and Master Virat Atulkumar Dubey. They are childrens of Atul Kumar Dubey, who is the brother of the first informantRajesh B. Dubey. 3.

Being a first informant, he wants to intervene in this matter and want to address the Court. Also heard learned Senior Advocate Mr. Ponda, learned Advocate for the first informant and learned APP for the Respondent-State. 4.
