Learned APP submits that the Investigating Officer is not present. Prima facie, there are no reasons why interim bail should not be confirmed in view of the fact of filing of the Final Report under Section 173 of the Criminal Procedure Code. 3.

Interim relief granted by this Court on 17th February, 2021 stands confirmed on the same conditions.
