Heard petitioner, who is appearing in-person. There are three orders which are challenged in this petition. The first two orders dated 4th February, 2012 and 10th May, 2012 are subject matter of challenge in Writ Petition No. 233 of 2014. As far as the third order dated 13th March, 2014 is concerned, the petitioner appearing in-person seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the National Consumer Redressal Commission, in accordance with law. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
