Mr. Desai, learned counsel for the Respondent places on record the decree dated 12th June, 2018 and submits that since the suit itself has been disposed of, the reliefs in this Petition are rendered infructuous.

From the perusal of the Petition, it appears that the order challenges the rejection of Chamber Summons for amendment to the Plaint. Obviously, the reliefs in the Petition have now been rendered infructuous.

This Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. 4.

However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner if they so chose to challenge the order by resort to provision under Section 105 of Code of Civil Procedure.
