1] These petitions seek to challenge the legality, validity and propriety of the Circular dated 26th July 2012 issued by the 1st respondent.

DSS 901-wp-6604-13@ wp-2178-14@ caw-2178-14.doc 2] It is stated that by virtue of the subsequent development and particularly the issuance of Government Resolution (GR) dated 21st September 2017, the grievances of the petitioner, in both the petitions, stand redressed. In the circumstances, these writ petitions do not survive and they are disposed of as such.

3] Civil Application No.2248 of 2015 does not survive after disposal of the Writ Petition No. 6604 of 2013 as above, but we grant liberty to the applicant to file his own substantive proceedings in the event the grievances still subsist.
